This is the Gennett Records 1924 Catalog, Complete Catalog No. 4, dated January 1, 1924, published by The Starr Piano Company of Richmond, Indiana.

The cover, printed in green ink on gray stock, features an ornate decorative border, an illustration of three dancing figures before a large gramophone record bearing the Gennett label, and the slogan "The Difference is in the Tone."

The interior title page identifies the publication as the "1924 Catalog of Lateral Gennett Records," with a boxed notice reading: "This catalog lists all LATERAL GENNETT RECORDS issued up to January, 1924, and is complete in every way."

The catalog's direct connection to Louis Armstrong is prominently evidenced in the "Gennett Records—Colored Artist Section," page 17, which lists recordings by King Oliver's Creole Jazz Band. Armstrong is explicitly credited as co-composer on "Weather Bird Rag (Armstrong)" paired with "Dipper Mouth Blues," catalog number 5132, priced at $.75, and as co-composer on "Canal Street Blues (Oliver-Armstrong)" paired with "Just Gone," catalog number 5133, also $.75.

These are among the earliest known recordings of Louis Armstrong, made in Richmond, Indiana, in April 1923. 

Also listed on this page are King Oliver's "Mandy Lee Blues" backed with "I'm Going Away To Wear You Off My Mind" (5134, $.75), and  "Snake Rag" (5184, $.75).
